BLUFIN SUSHI BAR LLC is looking for a talented and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team in Grosse Pointe, MI! Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty rolls with consistency and artistry
  • Source, inspect, and handle fresh fish and seafood following strict food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sushi station throughout service
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service during peak hours
  • Develop and contribute to new menu items and seasonal specials
