What are some common challenges a Sushi Manager faces in maintaining quality and consistency across a busy sushi bar?

A Sushi Manager often encounters challenges in ensuring that every dish meets the restaurant's standards for quality and presentation, especially during peak hours. Managing a team of sushi chefs requires close attention to training and communication to maintain consistency in cutting techniques, ingredient freshness, and hygiene practices. Additionally, the Sushi Manager must balance inventory control with customer demand, minimizing waste while ensuring popular menu items are always available. Building a positive team environment and fostering collaboration with the kitchen and front-of-house staff are also crucial for smooth service and customer satisfaction.
