Who We’re Looking For

A skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing aesthetic and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide a variety of advanced skincare and cosmetic treatments in a medical spa setting, delivering exceptional service and results-driven care to our clients. We are seeking someone well-versed in performing facials and who will bring professionalism, warmth, and artistry to every treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform medical-grade customized skincare treatments such as:

    • Chemical Peels

    • Microneedling

    • Dermafacial/Diamond Glow

    • Laser treatments (IPL, hair removal)

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and skin analysis

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

  • Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and compliant with health regulations

  • Stay up to date with the latest skincare trends, devices, and products

  • Support the team with front desk tasks, event preparation, and marketing initiatives when needed

  • Build strong rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals

Qualifications

  • Valid Pennsylvania Aesthetician License

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medspa or skincare setting preferred
