OUR IMPACT
The Executive Compensation team advises on the design, structure, and governance of executive compensation programs, including CEO and NEO pay. The team partners closely with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, supporting materials, analyses, and key decision-making. They lead regulatory review, compliance, and responses to external inquiries related to compensation programs, while conducting competitor benchmarking and market analysis using public filings and disclosures. The team also collaborates with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners, including Controllers, Legal, Tax, Investor Relations, and HCM, to support firmwide initiatives.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
  • Prepare materials and analyses for the Compensation Committee and Board-level discussions
  • Conduct executive compensation benchmarking and review SEC filings, proxy statements, and market data
  • Support design and modeling of executive compensation programs and incentive structures
  • Develop compensation disclosures and regulatory reporting materials (e.g., proxy)
  • Perform analytical work, including back-testing and outlier analysis for regulatory and strategic insights
  • Support regulatory processes and draft responses to inquiries and feedback
  • Partner across HCM and business teams to improve processes and execution
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights and presentations to senior stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8-12+ years of relevant experience in executive compensation, consulting, or related field

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $100000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
