Job description

Overview
Position: Registed Behavior Technician
Location: Libertyville, IL
Schedule: Part Time
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00/ hr (pending experience)
Rush Kids is looking to hire a registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Libertyville. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
  • Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
  • Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
  • Some travel may be required

Qualifications
Minimum:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
  • CPR certification
