Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Duties

  • Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on implementation of ABA goals.

  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

  • Required NJ LBA

  • Must be credentialed with Medicaid

Supervision:

  • in person for clients up to 30 min travel

  • hybrid for clients 30-50 min distance

  • 50+ min travel would be remote position.
