Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

Best Ever ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of dedicated professionals committed to transforming the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized behavior therapy plans, mentoring and supervising BCaBAs and RBTs, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and challenge, and develop targeted interventions

  • Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care and outcomes

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

  • Stay current with industry developments, research, and best practices to continuously improve services

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in autism-specific services

  • Ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed

  • Strong clinical and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
