Job description

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Hybrid BCBA that would be interested in a full-time direct hire in Los Angeles, CA. Additional details of the position are below:

Position: BCBA

Location:  Inglewood, CA

Salary: $85.5k-$95k  

Schedule:

Monday - Friday:

  • 8:00a-5:00p
  • No weekends, hybrid opportunities, and ability to create your own schedule! 

Duration : Direct hire

Requirements: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Bachelor’s required)

  • 1+ years of clinical experience, delivering ABA services to diverse clients preferred
  • 1+ years of supervision experience, including staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluation preferred 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills preferred 
  • Passion for building a team culture where people feel supported, inspired, and at home preferred 
  • Bilingual Spanish Preferred but no required

  • Total Compensation: $90,000 – $103,000
  • $3,000 annual tuition reimbursement

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, develops and implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmatic therapeutic services, and develops behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst acts as a program supervisor who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable                 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
