Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Direct Hire 
Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. The BCBA provides consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic services for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. This role is responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment programs, creating behavior intervention plans, and supervising behavioral service delivery.

The BCBA serves as a clinical leader, educating, assessing, observing, and supporting team members to ensure high-quality care and positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Create and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide clinical consultation and training to staff, caregivers, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and support behavioral service delivery to ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client success.
  • Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
