Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Company: Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with the possibility of some weekends.
Location: In-person - Loudoun and Alexandria Counties
Pay:
  • BCaBA: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
  • BCBA: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team!
What You'll Do
As a BCBA or BCaBA on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Providing one-on-one therapy and family support
  • Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)
  • Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health
What You Bring

  • BCBA or BCaBA Certification
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, students pursuing their masters degree in ABA are highly encourage to apply.

  • Active CPR Certification (we'll help you get certified if needed)
