About the Role:
Join NYC Behavior Specialists LLC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Oakland Gardens, NY. Be part of a dedicated team that transforms the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through innovative and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Implement and oversee behavior intervention strategies in various settings.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior analysis techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of client progress.
  • Stay updated on best practices and developments in the field of behavior analysis.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
