Looking for something different than the typical ABA clinic?
Our nonprofit client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership in a residential program serving adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you're passionate about helping adults build independence and improve their quality of life, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You'll Do
  • Lead clinical programming for adults with ASD in a residential setting
  • Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
  • Train, mentor, and supervise clinical staff
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Promote independence, life skills, and community integration

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree required
