Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with students, educational staff, and families to develop and implement behavior intervention strategies that promote positive student outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state, district, and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation

Minimum Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
- One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
