Job description

POSITION:                          Board Certified Behavior Analyst - (BCBA) (BCaBA) (BCBA-D) 1.0 FTE LOCATION:                        Lenape, Tamanend, Tohickon Middle Schools AVAILABLE:                       2026/2027 School Year COMPENSATION:             In accordance with the CBEA contract  DESCRIPTION:                 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Not an all-inclusive list): 

  • Conduct and manage Functional Behavioral Assessments, including observations, behavioral data and interview.
  • Create and/or assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Design data collection instruments and implement data collection procedures.
  • Provide staff development for individual student plans, behavior management strategies, general training on positive behavioral outcomes for professional and support staff.
  • All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:              Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA, BCBA, or BCBA-D) license required.  Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology Related Human Services field required. Certification in teaching or school psychology preferred. 
Knowledge and experience related to behavior shaping, data collection procedures, development of behavioral techniques and methodology utilized with special needs students required.
