The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join a dynamic team that collaborates in the development, implementation and optimization of CACI's compensation programs. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge in compensation, data management, and statistics to manage large, complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy. This position will report to the Executive Director, Enterprise Compensation with a dotted line to the Executive Director, Executive & Incentive.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Compensation team by developing relevant metrics, reporting, regressions and analytics for presentations and training materials.
  • Consolidate and analyze data sets to diagnose and identify opportunities, model alternatives and inform compensation decisions.
  • Create executive-ready compensation analysis and deliverables in excel, power point or word document format.
  • Support the annual compensation planning process with data preparation, testing, analysis and reporting in Workday and excel.
  • Perform job mapping and market pricing for roles at CACI.
  • Support the Executive Review process by providing peer group and external market analysis and proposing compensation options that are in-line with CACI compensation philosophy and policies.
  • Help maintain CACI's market pricing tools ensuring up-to-date information and data accuracy. Develop reports and dashboards using the tool's capabilities to perform various analyses.
  • Participate in compensation surveys. Compile and analyze survey data to provide pay recommendations.
  • Develop visual presentations, charts, graphs and dashboards to help translate complex data into understandable formats for stakeholders. Create templates that can condense large datasets into manageable and informative formats.
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team to develop/enhance reports, dashboards, and communications in Workday.
  • Help improve internal processes to help the organization scale (e.g. compensation policies, market benchmarking etc.).

Qualifications:
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of Compensation consulting experience
  • Experience in statistics, data analytics and data management
  • General Compensation, Sales Compensation and/or Executive Compensation experience
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills including advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Workday HRIS, Payfactors.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization.
  • The ability to be comfortable and work independently with ambiguous directions in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills - including excellent written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
