W2 Contract

Seeking a Compensation Analyst to support day-to-day compensation programs including base pay, incentive compensation, market pricing, job evaluation, and compensation analysis.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of compensation administration experience
  • Base salary administration & market surveys
  • Job pricing and job evaluation
  • Variable/incentive pay administration
  • Compensation data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with SAP / HRIS
  • Knowledge of FLSA and Equal Pay Act requirements
  • Strong Excel/analytical and communication skills

Preferred: WorldatWork CCP certification
