Job description

OAI + Rainier by The Look Company is a manufacturing organization with a long, established history.
We're looking for a skilled Shipping, Receiving and Packaging Manager to lead our Shipping, Receiving, and Packaging teams. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, improve processes, and ensure products are packaged and delivered accurately and on time. You'll collaborate with teams across the company and help develop a strong, high-performing department.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Prior experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Experience inmaterial kitting, including organizing, staging, and preparing materials to support production workflows
  • Experience in leading, training, and mentoring team members
  • Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and shop-floor processes
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset and willingness to collaborate

Compensation:
This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime. We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
