Assembly & Packaging Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Assembly & Packaging Associates to join our production team! This role is an integral part of our daily operations, involving hands-on assembly, quality inspection, and packaging. Pay & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $16.50/hr - $17.50/hr (Depending on shift)
  • Shifts Available: Choose from 1st or 2nd Shift to fit your lifestyle!

️ Key Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will rotate through various tasks, ensuring the consistent flow and quality of our products:

  • Team Assembly: Work effectively with a team to assemble products and components on a production line.
  • Task Rotation: Rotate through specific production tasks to learn and support multiple stages of the manufacturing process.
  • Quality Control: Conduct visual and manual quality inspections on products and parts to ensure they meet standards.
  • Packaging & Shipment: Prepare, label, and package finished products for final shipment.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Identify potential areas for improvement and suggest solutions to increase overall efficiency.
