Job description

Join our team and help ensure our clients receive safe, high-quality meals. As a Packaging Associate, you'll inspect, package, and prepare meals for delivery while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and accuracy. This fast-paced, hands-on position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team. You'll play a vital role in verifying orders, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring every meal is packaged correctly before it reaches the people who depend on it.

What You'll Do:
  • Package and inspect meals for quality and accuracy.
  • Verify customer orders and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
  • Prepare completed orders for shipping and delivery.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
  • Collaborate with the production teams to meet daily goals.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or willingness to work in a bilingual environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in refrigerated environments, including temperatures as low as 7°F.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Packaging or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Wages, Hours, and Benefits:
  • Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Starting Wage $16.00/hour
