RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide operational support to maintain production flow of operational work areas
  • Works cooperatively and effectively with fellow team members
  • Operate and maintain production support equipment
  • Complete daily paperwork as required applying proper documentation practices
  • Perform inspections of products for non-conforming conditions
  • Correctly identify and label products
  • Understand and adhere quality requirements
  • Communicate effectively with team members, leaders, and supervisors
  • Support and perform tasks related to startup, changeover, cleaning, and shutdown of work areas andequipment
  • Confirms and documents materials used in manufacturing processes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure proper sanitation procedures are adhered to.
  • Interpret and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures
  • Comply with all company Quality, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety Standards
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Read, write, and speak English
  • Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Read and interpret weight scales and tape measures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - must be a team player
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to pass post-offer drug screen, criminal background check and essential functions screening.

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1:00pm-9:30am Monday-Friday
