Hand Packer / Production Packer – 2nd Shift

Congerville, IL
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
$19.00 per hour

A growing manufacturing and packaging facility in Congerville is hiring a Hand Packer / Production Packer for 2nd shift. This is a steady, full-time warehouse position with consistent weekday hours.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Full-time, 2nd shift


Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging lines
• Perform basic troubleshooting to keep the line moving
• Inspect production flow to ensure quality standards are met
• Pack finished product into boxes accurately and efficiently
• Box and palletize product for shipment
• Maintain clean work area and perform basic equipment cleaning
• Follow safety and production procedures


Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, packaging, production, assembly, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
