Job description

Warehouse Associate — Full-Time

Location: Ocean, NJ
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, daytime warehouse schedule

We are a growing e-commerce company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our Amazon FBA and online retail operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, comfortable using a computer, and takes pride in accurate work.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and organize incoming packages and inventory

  • Inspect products for condition, accuracy, and sellability

  • Prepare products for resale, including packaging clothing, creating bundles, and applying protective packaging when needed

  • Label products accurately for Amazon FBA and internal inventory processes

  • Create and process Amazon FBA shipments using the 2D Workflow system

  • Process customer returns, inspect returned items, and document their condition

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area

  • Help with inventory organization, counts, and other warehouse tasks as needed

  • Follow established procedures and communicate issues promptly when products, labels, or shipments do not match expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow repeatable processes accurately

  • Basic-to-intermediate computer skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including entering data, sorting/filtering, and maintaining organized spreadsheets

  • Ability to work independently while staying productive and accountable

  • Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

  • Prior warehouse, retail, e-commerce, Amazon FBA, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday

  • No forklift certification or special equipment experience required

Compensation & Benefits
