Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead our Warehouse and Distribution Center operations. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics, including inventory management, transportation, and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and reliable supply chain execution. Hands-on experience in both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) operations is required. The Operations Supervisor will drive operational excellence, lead and develop teams, optimize resources, and promote a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining strict standards for safety, accuracy, and cost control.


Job Summary / Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations for both DTC and B2B channels
    • Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
    • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations
    • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff; plan labor to meet operational demands
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
    • Track KPIs and implement continuous process improvements
    • Collaborate with purchasing, transportation, customer service, and sales teams
    • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness


Qualifications

    • 5+ years warehouse or 3PL operations experience
    • 2+ years in a senior management role
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Experience managing multi-client environments
    • KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset


Requirements

    • Proven experience in operations management within warehousing or distribution centers with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory control, freight/shipping & receiving, procurement, and materials management.
    • Demonstrated ability in budgeting, demand planning, production planning, and cost control within logistics operations.
    • Hands-on experience with forklift operation certification preferred; knowledge of fleet management is a plus.
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a safety-first culture.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply chain data for strategic decision-making in a global environment.

Salary:The anticipated base salary is$90k-$110kannually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
