Job Title:  Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Division: AELogistix/Shiplogiq

Location: 375 E Markham St, Perris, CA 92571 (onsite 5 days)

Reports to: VP of Warehousing, West Coast

Job Type: Full-Time



  • Job SummaryKey Responsibilities
    • Oversee all warehouse departments and managers
    • Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety
    • Develop and enforce SOPs across all functions
    • Manage labor planning, scheduling, and productivity
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Ensure WMS accuracy and inventory integrity
    • Lead performance reviews and team development
    • Act as primary point of contact for key clients
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years warehouse or 3PL operations experience
    • 2+ years in a senior management role
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Experience managing multi-client environments
    • KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset
