We are a fast-growing, technology-enabled warehousing and distribution operation supporting dental supply and global fulfillment. Our operation is distinguished by the integration of automation & robotics-assisted picking to enhance inventory visibility, accuracy, speed, and scalability. We are committed to building a high-performance culture rooted in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team development.


We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations and support the next phase of our growth. This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping. The Warehouse Manager will ensure dental supplies and finished goods are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational experience in fast-paced, high-volume, and automated warehouse environments.


Key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and production teams
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for inventory and order flow
  • Maintain timely and accurate inbound/outbound processing
  • Operate and oversee safe and effective material handling operations, including the use of turret trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and cherry pickers, where applicable.


Inventory Management

  • Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and maintained in Acumatica.
  • Enforce FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable


Automation & Process Improvement

  • Utilize Acumatica, barcode scanning, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and inventory control.
  • Improve order accuracy, productivity, and fulfillment speed
  • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives


Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development
  • Coordinate staffing levels to meet operational needs


Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational policies
  • Maintain clean, organized, audit-ready warehouse conditions
  • Support proper handling of regulated dental and healthcare supplies
  • Address inventory discrepancies and safety issues as needed


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
  • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Proven leadership and team management capability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes; experience with Acumatica is preferred
  • Experience with warehouse automation is an asset


Nice to have:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training is considered an asset
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with warehouse systems and basic computer tools
