Warehouse Order Picker & Packer

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | No Holidays

McNaughton-McKay Electric Company is a long-standing electrical distribution company serving contractors, industrial customers, and manufacturers.

We are hiring a reliable warehouse team members for our Columbus distribution center.

This is a full-time, day-shift role with consistent hours, including overtime, and long-term career potential.


Schedule
  • Monday – Friday

  • 1st shift

  • No weekends

  • No holidays


Pay

$17.50 – $22.50 per hour
Pay based on warehouse experience and equipment operation skills.


What you'll do

This role supports daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, receiving, and inventory.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Picking customer orders using an RF scanner

  • Operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers

  • Stocking and organizing warehouse inventory

  • Receiving inbound shipments

  • Preparing and staging orders for shipment

  • Assisting other warehouse areas when needed

Our warehouse team works together to ensure customer orders ship accurately and on time each day.
