Job description

We are seeking a reliable and mission-driven Donation & Warehouse Coordinator to support our efforts in providing nutritious food to individuals and families in urgent need. This role is key in collecting, transporting, sorting, and organizing donated and retail rescue food items, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule:
  • Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 8:00am–4:30pm
  • Thu: 6:30am–3:00pm

Donation & Warehouse Coordinator wage starts at $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Donation & Warehouse Coordinator Key Responsibilities include:
  • Drive company truck to collect and deliver food donations from retail stores, businesses, churches, and other community partners.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, volunteers, clients, and retail partners.
  • Assist with warehouse workflow, including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and distribution.
  • Complete all required donation collection paperwork and reporting.
  • Support general building, facility, and vehicle maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jack, forklift, ladders, tools, trucks, cleaning equipment, etc.).
  • Adhere to and help enforce organization policies, safety standards, and food-handling procedures.
  • Participate in safety activities and help promote a safe environment for staff and volunteers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Donation & Warehouse Coordinator Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurability required.
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, load, and unload items regularly and work in an active warehouse setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Commitment to the mission of supporting community members in need.
