Be the Link That Keeps Production Running.We're looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate who enjoys staying active, working with equipment and keeping a busy operation organized and moving.In this role, you won't be stuck doing the same thing all day. You'll work across shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment and material handling while supporting the production of charitable and lottery gaming products used across North America.If you have warehouse experience, know your way around a forklift and take pride in getting the right product to the right place at the right time, we want to hear from you! What You'll DoAs a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll help manage the flow of materials and finished products throughout our facility-from receiving incoming shipments to preparing customer orders for delivery. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:Pick, scan, verify, package and label customer orders for accurate and timely shipment.Receive, unload, unpack and inspect incoming shipments for quantity, quality and condition.Operate forklifts, power pallet jacks, order pickers, pallet wrappers and other material handling equipment.Load and unload trucks and LTL carriers while ensuring products are properly secured and documented.Verify part numbers, quantities, packing lists and shipping information with a high degree of accuracy.Monitor inventory levels and help maintain adequate supplies of raw materials, packaging and shipping materials.Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.Assist with inventory tracking and accurate data entry within company systems.Work across warehouse and production areas as needed to keep materials and products moving efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse following 5S and company safety practices.Meet daily shipping and receiving deadlines while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality.Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement efforts.Other duties as required.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is safety-focused, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Two (2) to five (5) years of warehouse, logistics, shipping or receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.Experience operating forklifts, power pallet jacks, order pickers and RF scanning equipment strongly preferred.Forklift certification preferred; training and certification may be completed after hire.Comfortable working at elevated heights of up to 16 feet using order pickers or similar equipment.Basic computer and data-entry skills with the ability to work with inventory systems.Basic math skills for inventory, quantities and shipping calculations.Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify products, quantities and documentation.Ability to troubleshoot minor warehouse, equipment or logistical issues.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet shipping deadlines.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team.Willingness to cross-train and support other warehouse or production functions as needed.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.Ability to work well in a diverse environment.Additional Requirements:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.Ensuring the safety of our employees and compliance with industry regulations is our top priority.
