Warehouse Receiving Clerk / Inbound Clerk

Location: Franklin, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay:
Starting at $22.00/hour, based on experience

Job Summary

Total Warehouse Solutions is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for processing inbound shipments, checking in drivers, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily warehouse administration.

Responsibilities

  • Process driver check-ins and receiving paperwork.
  • Enter receiving data into the warehouse management system.
  • Verify shipping and receiving documents.
  • Maintain inventory and receiving records.
  • Prepare daily reports and data entry.
  • Respond to customer and carrier emails.
  • Assist with unloading trailers when needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications
