Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Logistics Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support the U.S. Army Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) under the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services contract. The selected candidate will support Product Manager Combat Ready by providing logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory management, property accountability, and product support activities in accordance with Army logistics regulations, policies, and acquisition requirements. This position will play a critical role in maintaining accountability of government property, coordinating shipments, supporting audits, and ensuring efficient logistics operations across PM PNT programs.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documentation, purchase orders, and government property accountability forms including DD Form 1149, DD Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1150, DD Form 2062, and DD Form 3161.
  • Prepare, package, label, and coordinate outgoing shipments while ensuring compliance with government transportation and shipping requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and property accountability documentation for government equipment and assets.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits, stock reconciliations, and warehouse organization activities to ensure inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Track and document incoming and outgoing shipments, including serial numbers, lot numbers, shipment statuses, and supporting logistics records.
  • Coordinate with program personnel, OEMs, transportation providers, and government stakeholders to resolve shipping issues and provide shipment status updates.
  • Support logistics planning, sustainment activities, fielding efforts, and product support initiatives for PM PNT systems.
  • Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of logistics documentation, sustainment plans, and acquisition support documentation.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and provide logistics schedule inputs and status updates to support program objectives.
  • Support logistics audits and audit readiness efforts by maintaining, reviewing, updating, and providing required logistics and sustainment documentation.
  • Assist with logistics resource planning, budget planning activities, and sustainment strategy development.
  • Provide support for classified and unclassified logistics operations and participate in classified meetings as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Army logistics regulations, policies, and property accountability procedures.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and government property accountability documentation.
  • Experience processing and tracking government shipping and receiving documentation.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant DoD logistics experience; OR
  • Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of relevant DoD logistics experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Travel Requirement:
  • Limited travel may be required in support of logistics operations, inventory activities, fielding events, audits, and program meetings.

Active Secret clearance strongly preferred. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required.
