The Warehouse Specialist is a hands-on operational role within the Warehouse / Parts department, responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of parts, tools, and materials that support truck maintenance and repair operations at CRC Transport. All Warehouse Specialists operate under the direct supervision and task assignment of the Lead Warehouse.
The Warehouse Specialist is the primary executor of daily warehouse operations — physically receiving deliveries, issuing parts to mechanics, logging all transactions in Fullbay (transitioning to Cetaris), preparing warranty claim documentation, and supporting core return processes as assigned by the Manager. The Manager determines who handles each function on any given day; bay assignment, receiving duties, and core return responsibilities are directed by the Manager, not self-assigned by the Specialist.
The Warehouse Specialist collaborates daily with the Foreman, Bay Lead Technicians, Diesel Mechanics, Electricians, Tire Specialists, and Welders to ensure parts and tools reach the right person at the right time. Cost awareness, accuracy, and timely communication are the core performance expectations of this role.
