Job description

General Warehouse Associate

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join a growing warehouse team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, material handling, inventory movement, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Candidates must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends, based on production needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Load and unload materials, products, and shipments
  • Move inventory throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other equipment
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
  • Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory and follow warehouse procedures
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Strong attendance and reliability required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
Schedule
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
  • Weekend availability required
  • Overtime may be available based on production needs
