General Warehouse Associate

Top Tier HR is currently hiring General Warehouse Associates for multiple openings throughout Orange County and surrounding areas. We are seeking dependable and hardworking candidates with warehouse, production, or general labor experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

This posting is for various warehouse opportunities including temporary, temp-to-hire, and long-term positions.


Pay:
$16.90 - $18.00 per hour (depending on position and experience)


Shifts Available:
1st Shift


Job Duties May Include:

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Loading and unloading containers
  • Palletizing and shrink wrapping
  • Labeling and packaging products
  • Inventory and cycle counting
  • RF scanner operation
  • Order pulling
  • Assembly and production work
  • General warehouse cleaning and organization
  • Operating pallet jacks and forklifts (if experienced)
  • Food production


Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
  • Experience using RF scanners is a plus
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Authorized to work in the United States
