Job description

Great company in Harrison, OH needs up to 7 warehouse associates on first shift. Mon-Fri $17.50-19.00 per hour. Seeking Pickers, Packers and associates with Cherry Picker/Forklift experience. Pay is dependent on position.
Shifts are:

- Packers 7:00a-330p ($17.50)
- Pickers 9:30a-6:00p ($17.50)

- Cherry Picker 4:00a-Noon ($19.00)


General Warehouse Worker
Summary: The General Warehouse supports daily warehouse operations by performing receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cycle counting, and loading/unloading with accuracy and care. The role safely operates material handling equipment and maintains productivity through proper WMS use, housekeeping, and adherence to safety standards. This position contributes to a
collaborative, values-driven work environment while completing assigned tasks and additional duties as needed.


Warehousers must be able to lift 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment with variable conditions, and travel or work flexible hours when required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all core warehouse functions—including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, manifesting, cycle counting, and container loading/unloading—while ensuring accurate handling and accounting of goods.
- Safely operate powered and nonpowered equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, hand trucks, and other materialhandling tools.
- Maintain high standards of productivity and quality through accurate WMS usage, consistent housekeeping, and adherence to safety practices.
- Support company values and teamwork while completing assigned responsibilities and other duties as requested or directed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods, work in a fastpaced warehouse environment with varying temperatures/noise, and maintain flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
