NOW HIRING: GENERAL WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES - VIRGINIA BEACH, VA
Looking to join a team where you can grow your skills and work with a company that values reliability and hard work? The Lee Group is hiring General Warehouse Associates in Virginia Beach, VA for full-time positions with well-established employers in the area.
If you're dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this could be the right opportunity for you!
Pay: $15.75/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Must be available daily for required overtime ( shift ends when orders are fulfilled)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate RF scanners to track inventory and scan barcodes for incoming and outgoing materials
  • Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
  • Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Follow instructions from warehouse supervisors and team leads
  • Use hand tools, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required
  • Support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and use required PPE

What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience operating RF scanners
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order entry
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or move throughout the day
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Team-player attitude and commitment to workplace safety
