PACKAGING TECHNICIAN - MANUFACTURING | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Packaging Technician will support the inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, completing accurate documentation, and ensuring products are packaged according to established procedures and specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with strict safety and documentation requirements.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PACKAGING TECHNICIAN - MANUFACTURING | RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of products Inspect packaging components and remove defective materials Follow quality specifications and standard operating procedures Complete production and inventory documentation accurately Assist with inventory counts and batch record completion Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions Follow PPE and contamination control requirements Handle hazardous waste according to procedures PACKAGING TECHNICIAN - MANUFACTURING | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 6 months of industry or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and follow written procedures and documentation Basic math and computer skills required Good documentation practices and communication skills Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed Comfortable working independently and within a team environment Take the Next Step!
