PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Warehouse Production Associate for a growing operation in Indianapolis, IN. This is a great opportunity to join a team-focused environment with long-term potential and consistent hours.
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $ 19.00/hour
Available Shifts:
  • 1st Shift Rotating: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday | 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift Rotating: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Overview
As a Warehouse Production Associate, you'll support daily production and fulfillment operations by processing orders, performing quality checks, verifying inventory, and ensuring products are prepared accurately for shipment. This role combines warehouse operations, production support, inventory control, and equipment operation in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are critical.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prioritize order requests based on production schedules
  • Verify quantities and perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy
  • Match inventory and production information to order requirements
  • Monitor equipment operation and respond to system alerts or error messages
  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records using computer systems
  • Support inventory control and material movement throughout the facility
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, after training and certification
  • Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse and production activities as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, production, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to perform basic math and inventory verification tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements
