Job Description
Key Resin Company, a high-performance flooring manufacturer, is seeking production packagers. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a stable, growing company where you'll know everyone's name and have a steady schedule. We offer a full range of benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, company paid life and disability, paid time off, 401(k) match, and pension.
Packaging responsibilities include:
  • Fill and seal various containers with product as specified on batch ticket
  • Count, report, and deliver packaged items
  • Empty and clean drums, tanks, and other containers
  • Coordinate schedule with labeling, mixing, and shipping
  • Build, label and fill boxes and other secondary packaging

Qualifications
  • Previous forklift experience
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs. on a regular basis and occasionally move up to 100 lbs.
  • Longevity in previous positions
  • Previous packaging, manufacturing or applicable experience a plus

Skill Set
  • Attentive to detail and organized
  • Self-directed and good problem-solving abilities
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Ability and desire to learn our product and industry
