Production Inspector/Packer | Salt Lake City, UT


Nexeo Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Inspector Packers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help ensure our products meet quality standards by inspecting, packing, and preparing parts for shipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and want to grow within a manufacturing organization.


Responsibilities

  • Inspect products and package parts according to quality and production standards.
  • Count, label, seal, and prepare finished products for shipment or staging.
  • Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment as needed.
  • Complete basic production, inventory, and quality documentation.
  • Follow daily production goals and ensure assigned lines meet performance expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all PPE requirements.
  • Assist with basic equipment operation and troubleshooting as trained.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and components.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Basic math, counting, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels.


Pay

$16.50 per hour


Schedule

Full Time | Rotating Schedule | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
