Warehouse Production Worker – Food Manufacturing Facility

1st & 2nd Shift $19–$20 per hour

About the Role

We’re looking for reliable, detail‐oriented Warehouse Production Workers to join our team in a fast‐paced food production environment. This role is essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and high‐quality operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a facility where Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are strictly followed and required at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow all GMPs, including proper hygiene, PPE usage, and sanitation procedures
  • Inspect products for quality and report any issues
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Complete production logs and documentation accurately
  • Assist with inventory counts and material staging
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, production, or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for the duration of the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
