Assembly - Packaging Associate


Location: Fort Myers, FL 
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 /Hr. 
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday


Assembly - Packaging Associate Responsibilities:

  • Put together parts with speed and precision in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Pack assembled items and raw materials into designated cartons along the active belt line.
  • Execute station cleanout and line resetting procedures between manufacturing cycles.
  • Maintain high energy and focus while remaining standing at assigned workstations for extended shifts.
  • Consistently hit or surpass daily productivity benchmarks and output targets.


Assembly - Packaging Associate Requirements:

  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to stand stationary at a workstation for long periods.
  • Good work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
