Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable Assembly / Packaging Associates to join our fast-paced food production team. In this role, you will assist with assembling, packaging, and inspecting food products while supporting daily production goals in a clean and safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Shift Options:

  • 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Assemble and package finished food products according to company standards
  • Remove completed products from the production line for packaging and processing
  • Operate and monitor production equipment, including ovens, fryers, cookers, and other manufacturing machinery
  • Adjust machine settings as required and report equipment malfunctions or alarms
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications
  • Maintain production speed to meet daily quotas and deadlines
  • Follow all food safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Assist with inventory, food storage, and end-of-shift production tasks
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production operations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or machine operation is preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
