Job description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cannabis Packaging Associates in the Portland metro area. This position is responsible for packaging, labeling, and preparing cannabis products for distribution while ensuring compliance with all Oregon state regulations and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Package cannabis products according to company procedures and compliance requirements
  • Apply labels (stickers) to cannabis products and packaging accurately and consistently
  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging before distribution
  • Assemble packaging materials and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and OLCC compliance regulations
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production deadlines are met
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Oregon OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit is required
  • Previous cannabis, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
