Growing medical and recreational cannabis manufacturers on the East Coast. Our mission is simple: grow the highest-quality weed at prices everyone can afford.

With a dialed-in grow operation and a bold new brand refresh, we're ready to dominate the MD/DC market-and have a little fun while we're at it.
Packaging Supervisor
Our Packaging Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the packaging department. The packaging department packages most finished goods, including but not limited to flower units, edibles, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, and concentrates. This will include supervising and training all machine operators and packaging associates. The supervisor will need to be proficient in all roles and aspects of the packaging department.
Your role in caring for our company:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the packaging department with emphasis on safety, efficiency, sanitation, and quality.
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide new team members with full training and perform additional training sessions with current employees as needed.
  • Ensure team is adhering to company SOPs and company policy in daily operations.
  • Clearly communicate expectations, goals, and schedules to the team.
  • Ensure that quality standards are maintained and continually improved upon.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the department with a high standard of organization and sanitation.
  • Ensure machine upkeep and preventative maintenance measures are taken.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication of department information to managers, including team goals, progress, performance, objectives, obstacles, and other relevant information.
  • Submit daily production reports to management and maintain detailed records/daily operation logs.
  • Plan and delegate the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job.
  • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; call for repairs.
  • Manage packaging inventory of packaging materials and notifying manager when additional supplies are needed in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed and identify issues to increase productivity.
  • Monitor Packaging Associates to ensure they are keeping up with QC/ labeling. Assist them as needed.
  • All other duties as necessary.

Qualifications we ask you to have:
  • For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age
  • You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check
  • We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED
  • Five years of packaging and/or production experience
  • Three years of supervisor or management experience

  • Comfortable working around high-speed machinery.
  • Comfortable with heights (up to 12 feet).

Work-Schedule/Location:
  • On-site 5 days a week

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 80lbs assisted.
  • As this is a cannabis growing facility, there will be strong odors, bright lights, and various noises throughout the workday.
  • Employees are asked to wear scrubs, masks, gloves, and hairnets while working with the plants. DCM will provide scrubs, gloves, and hair nets to all employees.
