Our packaging operation is seeking team members who can help us plan the day, run machines, and expand our abilities. We have a variety of equipment made by Automated Packaging and looking to upgrade.

What you'll do:

  • Successfully run product through auto-bagging equipment
  • Manually pack product
  • Pick and stage product to be bagged
  • Understands the packaging equipment being used
  • Identifies packaging defects quickly and makes adjustments immediately
  • Keeping up with product output
  • Set up and start machine and operate successfully
  • Make adjustments to machine as needed

What you'll bring:

  • Must have minimum 2 years auto-bagging experience
  • General Math skills
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to read and follow instructions
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and enjoys being a part of a high performing team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knows and understand “how” to delegate work flow
  • Strong attention to detail and can connect that to the experience of our customer
  • Must embrace and act with the Earnest Core Values in mind
  • Proven track record of attendance and reliability
