TRC Talent is looking for 1st shift Packaging Associates in Kennesaw, GA!

Job Details:

  • Packaging vitamins and supplements for shipment
  • 14.50/hr.
  • 7AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday

Job Summary:
As a Packaging Associate, you will play a vital role in preparing vitamins, supplements, and specimen collection kits for shipment. Youll work in a clean, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and accuracy are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and values consistency and quality in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package vitamins, supplements, and health-related items for distribution
  • Ensure accurate assembly of test kits according to specific protocol guidelines
  • Prepare and pack Ancillary Materials in compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations
  • Maintain adequate inventory and restock workstation supplies as needed to support kit assembly
  • Organize and pre-kit materials for multiple orders ahead of post-printing processes
  • Complete post-printing steps including labeling and accurate allocation of printed documents
  • Collaborate with team members and kit assemblers to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Follow strict quality control procedures to ensure every package meets compliance standards
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with company policies and safety protocols
  • Communicate any issues or shortages to supervisors in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse or packaging experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
