We take pride in providing high-quality packaging solutions and exceptional customer service. We are an outstanding company to work for and are looking for an exceptional sales professional to join our growing team.


Position Summary


We are seeking a motivated and professional Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, maintain strong customer relationships, and grow sales within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend effective packaging solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend customized packaging solutions.
  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory and customer base.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product discussions.
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to close new business.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
  • Stay informed about packaging products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside, territory, or business development sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in the packaging, corrugated, manufacturing, printing, paper, plastics, or industrial distribution industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and generate leads.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person customer visits.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
