You'll run two automated lines (conveyors, sorters, weighers etc), train packers, hit daily quotas without drama. We want: • 3 years on packing machinery (tomatoes a plus, but we'll train if you're sharp) • Eye for bottlenecks—fix 'em before they kill output • Calm under pressure: 40,000 lbs a day means no yelling • Bonus: know how to tweak speed, reduce culls, keep people motivated and efficient.
