We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance worker to service our busy commercial building.
Requirements:
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Candidates for the position must have experience in the following trades: Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing.
  • Must have experience with hand and power tools.
  • Must be proficient in reading and writing English, Bi-Lingual is a plus.
  • Must have general knowledge of construction and have some experience in sheetrock, taping and spackling, painting, wall repairs, ballast replacement, lighting fixtures, plumbing repair, lock setting and door hardware experience.
  • Must have some experience in repair/replacement of plumbing fixtures including sinks, faucets, toilets and urinals.
