Job description

Position Title: 

Stacker Operator


 

Pay Rate

$20.71/hr +

Sign on Bonus:       

$500 after 30 days, 

$500 after 6 months, 


 

Retention Bonus:   

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform: 

  • Measure finished sheet for accuracy
  • Feedback quality concerns to control room or wet-end operators
  • Remove non-conforming materials from stacker
  • Remove scheduled side trim for baler
  • Monitor stacker process, preventing jams or errors
  • Place splice waste, etc., in scrap carts
  • Monitor unit stacking, preventing errors
  • Insert tie sheets for multiple outs
  • Set optimization mode for required orders
  • Communicate mechanical issues to supervisor
  • Operate stacker safely
  • Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment
  • Operator must follow all company safety rules/procedures
  • Operator must keep work areas and surrounding areas clean and free of debris
  • Operator may be required to lift up 50lbs during shift.
  • Counting and stacking finished product
  • Reading orders
