Before the line starts, you verify the right materials and labels are staged. As automation kicks in, you watch the metrics, listening for subtle changes and adjusting settings to keep performance steady. You double-check seals, confirm weights, and ensure labels are spot-onโ€”then capture every detail in accurate batch records. When itโ€™s time to switch SKUs, you support a crisp changeover and clean equipment so the next run is ready to excel.

What youโ€™ll do
  • Operate automated packaging equipment to defined process parameters
  • Validate materials and labels prior to startup
  • Monitor performance throughout production and respond to issues quickly
  • Inspect seals, weights, and labeling to uphold quality
  • Confirm product and packaging meet specifications and counts
  • Accurately complete batch record documentation
  • Assist with line changeovers and clean equipment as required
What it takes
  • High school diploma
