At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Packaging Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on supporting product quality and production performance and involves working as part of a dedicated team in a climate-controlled setting with a
non-rotating 6am-6pm 2-2-3 shift pattern.
weekly pay 21.42/hr
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment
- Assist with machine setup and changeover
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
- Identify and respond to minor machine issues and troubleshoot as needed
- Perform routine quality inspections
- Record production data accurately
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate effectively within a team setting
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience operating manufacturing equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
- Experience with quality inspection and data recording
- Awareness of safety protocols in production environments
- Ability to work well within a team
