PACKAGING TECHNICIAN

OVERVIEW Seeking a Packaging Technician to safely set up, operate, and clean packaging equipment while maintaining strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, FDA, and DEA guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize packaging equipment in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Follow Master Batch Records for packaging oral solid dose (OSD) and other dosage forms.
  • Perform in-process inspections and testing to ensure quality standards.
  • Clean and sanitize packaging equipment, parts, components, and rooms.
  • Complete accurate documentation following GMP guidelines.
  • Process labeling and components (counting, transfers, FIFO, returns) during packaging process.
  • Maintain safe work practices and collaborate effectively with team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical or packaging experience preferred (OSD/serialization a plus).
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic math.
  • Understanding of the metric system.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
