Conducting and recording compliance of packaging requirements of DPFF and customer specifications that many include any of the following: temperature checks, scale checks, metal detect checks, vacuum seals, as well as the monitoring and recording various drum checks. SAP and Bartender computer software systems will be used. 

ResponsibilitiesPrimary Accountabilities:
  • Keep thorough and neat paperwork.
  • Recording weight, seal, vacuum, and drum tally sheets
  • Take and record temperature of product
  • Record Metal Detector checks
  • Keep your supervisor notified of results in production area
  • Responsible for checking scanning accuracy of both product and materials in your assigned area
  • Supply and proofread labels from Bar Tender system for manufacturing team.
  • Verify and keep accurate daily inventory in your designated PSA (Production Supply Area.)
  • Responsible for Process Orders accuracy in SAP
  • Follow company policies including safety procedures
  • Other duties that are reasonably associated with the above essential functions of the job

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass job specific Physical Ability Test (PAT)
  • Temperatures range from 40 to 50 degree Fahrenheit
  • Noise produced by manufacturing machinery up to 92 decibels
  • Must be able to climb stairs up to 5ft daily
  • Must be able to do repetitive movements of bending, squatting, and pushing & pulling an average weight of 10 - 40lbs.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time on concrete and/or metal grating
  • Requires climbing, standing, stooping, twisting, lifting and other physical movements to perform job
Work Environment:
  • Industrial plant environment with related noise and temperatures (extreme heat to extreme cold)
  • Required to work outdoors at times
  • Will work in vicinity of forklifts
